Try & Return Upon Delivery

 

When the courier delivers your order, you may:

Inspect and try the item immediately. If you find it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it on the spot with the courier.

You’ll only be charged for the delivery fee.

 

After Delivery

Once the courier leaves and the order is accepted, we will not be able to accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare case of a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or Instagram with a photo, and our team will assist you.
